Set-up and dismantling
Tentative schedule for set-up and dismantling is as below, subject to change.
Move-in schedule

Please note:
- During the show days, exhibitors will have access to the hall 60 mins before the opening hours and 30 mins after the closing hours to service their stands
- Visitor registration counter will be closed 30 mins before the show closing hours
- All exhibitors are strictly prohibited to move-out before 4:00pm on 22 November 2026
